Terms of service
- All of our products are handmade with love (and sometimes tears).
- We usually use natural linen as the signature material, but please contact me if you'd like to commission a special piece with other material.
- Typically, your order will require 7-14 days of processing. We'll surely contact you if we could finish it early – or we need more time.
- Technically, all of our piece could be customized. Feel free to contact me via email (chaoticprojects@protonmail.com) or chat (Whatsapp to +62881082275178) if you'd like to personalize your order – such as adding keychain holder, change generic buckle into a magnetic one, have additional pockets, etc. Each addition requires additional fee.
