Frequently-Asked Questions
1. When will I receive my order?
Most of our products are made-by-order and require 7-14 days of processing. For ready-stock items, we will try our best to send your items within 1-2 days after you complete the payment.
Once finished and ready to be sent, your order will be shipped via TIKI's regular shipment from Rawa Buaya, Jakarta Barat. Typically, you will receive your order in 1-2 days (for Jabodetabek) or 3-5 days (for outside Jabodetabek) after we drop it at TIKI's counter.
2. What material do you use for your products?
Most of our products use natural linen as main fabric. The information about the product material can be found on the product description.
3. Can I return the product once I receive it?
Unfortunately, we have no-return policy. Worry not, we'll always try our best to accommodate your product request nonetheless.
4. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes, as long as you are eligible based on our cancellation policy. Here's our cancellation policy:
- Cancellation & refund can only be requested maximum 24 hours after you completed your payment – as long as the item has not being crafted yet.
- Cancellation is inapplicable for ready-stock items.
- Cancellation & refund can only be requested via Whatsapp chat.
5. Who made the products in this store?
Me (and my cat)! This small studio consists of me (a bipolar person with BPD), my cat (a sweet tricolor persian beauty), Haylie Williams (my SINGER sewing machine) and Bob (my overlock machine). All of the products offered here are made with my bare hands – and sometimes tears hahaha.
